They adhere to global trading hours, starting Sunday evening when Asian markets open (still Sunday in GMT) and continuing until Friday evening when US markets close (late Friday or early Saturday in GMT).

Given the 24-hour nature of futures and CFD trading, specific start and end times on Sunday and Friday might vary slightly depending on the trading platform and market conditions. Since these markets operate globally, they effectively begin trading on Sunday evening with the opening of Asian markets, which is still considered Sunday in GMT. They conclude on Friday evening with the closing of US markets, translating to late Friday or early Saturday in GMT.
