How to earn at forex market using forex market news ? This is strategy suggestion - 70% tradings win and risk is very very low because you wait 15 minutes afther fundamental trading news.
Steps :
1) First step is go to forex calendar. Read and find high importance news. Look at watch and wait that moment. In 60% hourly and daily trend will be change in 15 minutes and currency pair price will come back afther 10-20 minutes at old price. News will , in this 60% of all cases will change price in short time.
2) In this step you see that price is changed very fast ( bullish or bearish). My suggestion is you can wait 10-15 minutes and see what is happened. Afther 15 minutes there is two possibilities :
Possibility 1 : Afther 15 minutes currency starts to come back to old price. At GBP/JPY example I got 70 pips in a 3 minutes.
Possibility 2 : Afther 15 minutes currency starts to go in fundamental news trend and don’t want to come back at old price. See picture :
In this picture we see how in 15 minutes currency goes 70 pips up and in a few minutes come back at old price and then go more and more in bearish trend. Fundamental important news (high priority news) made 15 minutes unstable forex market.
This picture is example for Possibility 1. But if afther 10-20 minutes at hourly chart we don’t see that price is started to return than news successifully change trend. In both possibilities trader can win. Just trader must wathc and be prepeared. Please put tied stops.
